This dessert plate, sold exclusively at the Bulloch Hall Museum Shop, is a limited edition reproduction of the china pattern belonging to James Stephens and his wife Martha who lived in Bulloch Hall in the mid 1800’s. The Bulloch‘s daughter Mittie, married Theodore Roosevelt (Sr.) in the dining room of Bulloch Hall on December 22, 1853. The couple's first son was our 26th president, Theodore Roosevelt.
The original pieces which were donated to Bulloch Hall in the 1990’s by the granddaughters of President Theodore Roosevelt, are on display in the new Museum Room at Bulloch Hall. |
